Field work doesn't end in the field.
Fidwork grew out of a problem shared by scaffolding and thermal insulation professionals: on an industrial site, a job doesn't end when the scaffold comes down. It still has to be justified, checked and invoiced.

Chairman & co-founderA leading expert in the industrial environment, Luc has more than 33 years of field experience in scaffolding and thermal insulation. After running several inspection and owner's engineering firms on international projects (nuclear, petrochemicals), he co-founded Fidwork to digitalise traceability and operational compliance on Industry 4.0 sites.
Stéphane Garçon
Project manager & co-founderAn expert in technical design, Stéphane draws on more than 20 years of operational experience in industrial insulation. With a thorough command of field regulatory and HSE requirements, he co-founded Fidwork to design the application modules and lead the roll-out of the solution directly with industrial teams.
Yannick Simon
CEO & co-founderAn Arts et Métiers engineer and tech expert, Yannick brings a strong digital background, gained notably as CIO and deputy managing director of Rue du Commerce. A specialist in cloud platforms, IoT and mobility, he has designed Fidwork's technical architecture since 2021. By bringing together the worlds of the web and industry, he has built a connected solution that works offline in the field, taking sites into the era of Industry 4.0.
